Disability and inclusion
Persons with disabilities have constitutional rights to dignity, access and reasonable accommodation. Public bodies should provide accessible services.

Rights and institutions
The Constitution protects equality and freedom from discrimination. The Persons with Disabilities Act and related policies set out more detailed rights and institutional roles.
The National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) handles registration and related programmes within its mandate.
Accessing services
When applying for government services, ask about accessible formats, priority queues at Huduma Centres, and official tax or duty relief schemes that may apply — confirm on official sites.
